According to reports from the Birmingham Mail, Aston Villa have secured the services of Dutch youngster Colin Odutayo from Belgian side Genk.
Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce has been beefing up his squad with the signings of very experienced campaigners in John Terry, Glenn Whelan and Ahmed Elmohamady recently but at the same time, the Villa boss is also said to be looking to add some young faces to Villa Park with a view to the future in mind.
Recently, it had been claimed that Villa had snapped young Hereford United goalkeeper Max Harris on a trial and the talented custodian will surely be looking to impress over the next few weeks.
In another signing of a burgeoning starlet, the Birmingham Mail have revealed that Villa have recruited Dutch youngster Colin Odutayo from Belgian side Genk.
Odutayo is an extremely highly rated player who has been impressing for Genk’s development squad over the years and due to his exploits, the 17-year-old even earned a call up to the Netherlands youth international side for a clash in April against Serbia.
The young man will now continue his development at Villa and it has to be said that the Midlands club will be monitoring his progress with a great level of expectation and anticipation.
